How the free tier works. One sub-account, no card, no expiry. It covers the 96 read-only tools — listing, searching, reporting. The 126 tools that change something (create a contact, send a message, build an invoice) need a paid sub-account. So you can see exactly what the product does before paying anything.

How billing works. PayPal requires you to approve any change to your recurring amount, so adding or removing a paid sub-account sends you there once to confirm. A new sub-account stays switched off until you approve; a removed one stops working immediately, and confirming the lower amount is what stops you paying for it.

If you run more than about ten sub-accounts, the flat $99 Agency plan is both cheaper and skips this step entirely.

Questions about billing

When am I charged?

Never, unless you choose to upgrade. Your first sub-account is free forever on the read-only tools. You pay $10/month per sub-account when you want Claude to be able to change things, or when you add a second client.

What happens if I cancel?

Your paid links stop working at the end of the period you have paid for, and you drop back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted in GoHighLevel — we only ever store the connection details, never your contacts.

What if a payment fails?

Your sub-accounts keep working for 7 days while you sort it out, and you'll see a banner in the dashboard. After that they pause. We never delete your data over a failed payment.

Why does PayPal ask me to approve every change?

That's PayPal's rule for subscriptions, not ours: a merchant can't raise or lower a recurring charge without the payer confirming it. We'd rather show you the confirmation step than quietly bill you a different amount. The Agency plan has a fixed price, so it never comes up.

Do you offer refunds?

Email us. If it didn't work for you, we'd rather refund you than argue about it.
